Jeffrey Barrad, CPA and Mary Jane Shilling, CPA.

Jeff and MJ combine high technical expertise with a relaxed, informal approach to business relationships. Their qualifications include:

• Decades of experience in business, income tax and accounting.
• Extensive experience in complex tax situations including: tax deferred exchanges, real estate transactions, passive activities, investment partnerships / LLC's, tax credits, estates & trusts, business formation and termination and client representation before the IRS and other governmental agencies.
• Great skill in analyzing complex business situations and/or transactions and organizing them into coherent systems that enhance the client's ability to successfully manage their business.
• Ability to apply practical, real world solutions to challenging business problems.
